Refund Policy

At Claroblu.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 15-day return policy for most of our products.

Our 15-day return policy means that you have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

To initiate a return, please contact us through your order email. We'll provide instructions for creating your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and information on where to send your return. Please note that we cannot accept items returned to us without first receiving a return request.

Be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you've received an incorrect item. We'll do our best to correct the issue promptly.

Exclusions apply to our return policy. We cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases; these products are final sale. If you have questions about a specific item's return eligibility, please contact us.

All sales become final after 15 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item, and once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the desired item.

For our European Union customers, please note that you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. This is in compliance with the EU's 14-day cooling-off period. As with other returns, the item must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Remember that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
